I am hoping that your day is as special as you are! Mine promises to be extremely special. I have a friend visiting us at the moment and we have planned to visit the Sydney Opera House to see a show! It will be mine first time inside the Opera House so as you can imagine I am super excited ! We are gong to see, Natives Go Wild. It sounds really fun, have you heard of it? This card was actually made on a special day, a day with my daughter Cayleigh May. Every day I spend with her is a special day! I do miss her so much but the count down to Christmas and her visit has started!
This card was made with love and the Stitched all Around stamp set and the Stitched Label Die set
The measurements are :
- Base: Whisper White 4 1/8″ x 4 1/8″
I started by drawing a line down the centre of the card so I had a line to work with. Then using a Bermuda Blue watercolour pencil, I drew the lines on the right hand side just using my eye as a guide. see the photo below:
On the left hand side of the card, I used a stamp to create the other pattern.
The black die cut line down the middle hides my original pencil line.
I added a label before stamping my sentiment onto another piece of Whisper white card.
As I wanted a frame for my sentiment. I die cut the frame but this then needed the centre bit removing:
I then framed the sentiment and attached to the base using Multi-purpose glue.
I then added a circle, hearts and rhinestones.
My special card is completed!
