The devastating fires in NSW are just so sad, so many animals and wildlife are dying or suffering from severe burns.
I joined a group of ladies who are trying to do their bit by knitting and sewing Pouches and Mittens for the Kangaroo’s and Koalas. (Read MORE about the cause)
Unfortunately my creative talents lie elsewhere! So I went along to give support and made each volunteer a little thank-you card.
I also made some wine charms that will be donated to the local vets for them to sell.
I used Notelets and added a Mossy Meadow cardstock piece as a background.
I had some old Ribbon which I layered.
Using the dies I cut out my Kagaroo, which I added Diementionals to give lift.
The ladies were thrilled with their little cards and hopefully the little Koalas will love their little mittens x
My thanks go out to ALL of the those brave Fire Fighters and rescue workers who are working none stop! You are true hereo’s everyone of you.
My heart goes out to all who who have been effected by these terribe fires. It really is a terrible situation. x
