3D Christmas Tree – So Many Stars

Today I have made a 3D card, it is perfect as a Christmas tree so of course I had to put a star on top lol

Measurements:

  • Large Base: Pool Party 8″ x 4″ or 20.3cm x 10.2cm
  • Second smaller base: 10.2cm x 10.2cm

Score the large base at 4″ down the centre of the card, then from the top 4″ mark score diagnally to the bottom left hand corner. Repeat the score line to the right hand corner, so your card looks like the photo below:

Also in the same photo you will notice I have added Tombo glue into the centre trinagle. Apply the glue to about 2/3rds of the triangle then attach the second base layer as per the photo below.

I then used the smallest stars from So many Stars bundle to stamp all over teh card stock.

I added Tear Tape to one edge along the long edge of the base.

Then I decorated each side with die cut stars.

The front section I used the Stitched Rectangles to die cut the sentiment, This was stamped in Versamark and then using Shimmer White embossing powders I heat embossed to give extra texture.

For the main star on the top of the tree, I had die cut 3 stars and carfully glued 1 edge of each star to create a 3D star.

Its’s a super card, I hope you agree x

Thanks for reading Creative Fraggle, have a super day!
